As a parent or practitioner, you are a witness to your children’s and your client’s experiences, and you are a vehicle of support for them on their journey. Every story and experience you witness, or tell, holds a positive or negative charge. And while you are there with an open heart, you are also receiving some of this charge, or energy. That energy can leave a residue and build up over time if not effectively released.
The energies you take on can create symptoms in you and may show up on the physical level as burning eyes, muscle and joint pains, headache, lack of appetite, and trouble digesting. On the emotional level, they may present as feeling wired, irritation or anger, stress, depression, unclear thoughts and burnout. These energies even affect relationships and you may experience the residues of your work as discussions and fights that come up for no reason.
In order to stay strong and clear, to avoid burnout, and to stay healthy in your relationships, in the long run. You need to be aware of this energy mechanism, and release the energies you take on, with or without your notice. One way to achieve this is to use the five elements found in nature. Nature itself, and especially connecting and interacting with the five elements, can free you from the energetic load and relieve stress, discomfort, and unnecessary challenges in relationships.
In this self-paced online course, I will share practical, simple, and easy to implement self-care practices for parents and practitioners. You will learn how to use the energy of the five elements to release residual energy and become balanced again. And I will teach you how to integrate these practices throughout your work and daily life, with the intention to bring you greater ease and leave you having more energy and feeling more joy.
This knowledge and these techniques will help you to stay healthy and at the top of your abilities, maintain healthy boundaries, and keep your work outside of your relationships and family life. The Five Elements
Everything in creation is made of the five elements. We too are made of the five elements. When these elements go out of balance in us, we experience symptoms physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and relationally, of discomfort and pain. And these symptoms can also lead to dis-ease. You will learn ways to connect and interact with the five elements, through simple daily de-charging practices using earth, fire, sky, water and air.

Imagine right now your favorite place in the nature, imagine yourself there, how does this place make you feel? Why do you like being there? How do you feel when you are in the nature? Or when you are listening to the sounds in nature? Essentially, we are the nature, therefore when we are in the nature, we rebalance the five elements in us naturally. Learn a simple two step process for connecting with nature, the five elements, to let go of your work day and bring relief from overload.

Module 2 – Earth Element
The earth holds us, it nurtures us. It provides safety and sustainence. Learn ways to connect with the earth element in between tasks. Learn when to use earth element to rebalance your energy.
Module 3 – Fire Element
Learn about the fire element and how to connect with it for releasing what is no longer serving you. Receive practices which can help to release energy and also help you to create and manifest in your work and family life.
Module 4 – Water Element
The water within us contains 80% of our emotions. When working with others we can often easily receive their emotions and empathetically feel their pain. The water element is therefore one of the best elements for releasing emotional pain. Learn ways to use the water element to restore emotional health.
Module 5 – Sky & Air – Using Intention & Mantras
Learn ways to connect with and utilize the sky and air for healing and rejuvenation. The power of intention combined with an element moves the energy at a greater capacity. Learn ways to set intention, as well as learn mantras which can support balancing the five elements.
Module 6 – Integration & Implementation
You will have time to reflect on the workshop as a way of integrating your experience and what you’ve received. This module in particular will focus on effective ways you can implement the practices in your day to day.
